This animation explores the experience of dementia; how it fades and distorts our connection to the world, family, and ourselves. My final project was open-ended, so I chose a topic close to my heart, having witnessed dementia's effects on multiple family members. It’s hard to put that experience into words, so I visualized it instead. Interpretation may vary, but the goal is to evoke emotion, whether loss, change, or something personal to you.
